Master Cleanse -Day 1

 Alright, so I decided to jump onto this bandwagon and do the master cleanse for 10 days. A lot of people have told me its "bad for you" "dont do it" but I believe that its good for your body to cleanse it every now and then. Plus, I will still be getting at least 800-1200 calories a day so my body will not be starving...just missing real food! (I will miss real food too!)

Heres what I will be eating....drinking for the next 10 days!


So today is Day 1 of the cleanse and I just made my first lemonade and its actually really good! I am sure by day 10 I will be sick of it, but we shall see.

I also drank some Smooth Move tea last night before bed. (it actually tastes good and nothing gross has happened....yet)
It says to take this twice a day but I think I will only take it every other day, because that just sounds like WAY too much lol

Even though I am not doing this purely for weight loss (mostly just to cleanse everything) I am still going to keep track of my weight just to see = )

Height: 5'5
Weight: 145lb

Goal weight by March: 125!!
